When it comes to wisdom, no one is wiser then the Owl King, Ortherus. Ortherus is wise, intelligent, serious, and fair. Not only is Ortherus a king of the owls, he is also a master spy and a guardian of a sacred artifact called the Book of Time. Ortherus is also a weapons expert when it came to battle especially because of the war against the Elephant Tribe. Before the war with the elephant tribe, he was in love with the elephant princess Elsa; however, Eguar, the general of the Elephant Tribe, also loved Elsa and destroyed the owl temple to keep Ortherus away. Unfortunately for all involved, Eguar accidentally killed Ortherus's parents in the process, filling Ortherus with rage against Eguar and causing him to declare war on the Elephants. Despite all this, Ortherus and Elsa still have feelings towards each other.
Weapons[]
When it comes to weapons, the owls are the greatest in Chima, but when Ortherus uses his Hootress, it makes even the other owls look bad. The Hootress is a powerful staff that can launch sound waves that can knock down walls. With this much power, Ortherus can even send Eguar running back to the Elephant Watering Hole.
Fighting Style[]
Owls prefer to use strategy and wisdom when in a fight, but Ortherus also likes to spy on his enemies before the battle. With the knowledge that he gains from this, he can eliminate anyone in his way.
