Elkar (known as Eagle Librarian in Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey) is a member of the Eagle Tribe.
Biography
Elkar is a witty librarian working in the Eagle Spire. He is good friends with Ewald and they are often seen reading together.
In the Attack on Eagle Spire, he and Ewald are chased by a Wolf, and he accidentaly topples a bookshelf onto the pursuer, claiming that "words are all we need".
He can later be seen beside Ewald and Lagravis at the end of the battle. He mentions to Ewald that he should write a book of the events of that day.
